• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery

• Products must be unopened and in original packaging (for hygiene reasons)

• Items must be in the same condition as received

• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email is sufficient)

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@loviux.com with your order number and reason for return

2. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions
\n
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
\n
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
\n
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
\n
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
\n
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
